My closest friends and my better half knows that I believe can be honest and sometimes hard to swallow, but constructive and enriching. During my second year at college I was skimming an article in Yahoo jobs when I discovered my true passion, Management Consulting. I have what it takes to be successful, the next step was to learn the trade. As I dug deeper into my newfound passion, I discovered a niche market known as business consulting small and medium enterprises.

I have an interest in this niche for a number of reasons. I consider myself a people person. I am very friendly and sociable. This niche would have a direct contact I help my clients. Seeing my face to face customer, I am able to make a positive first impression of listening carefully, their needs and develop a strong customer base in the labor relations consultant. These relationships can be such things as the success of your projects, the quality of recommendations for future customers and professionals to determine long-term relationships.

to orient Another and perhaps the main reason why I chose small and medium-sized enterprises of my professional life is the satisfaction I get from my work. Large quantities of small companies are either family or belonging to a small group of individuals. These small companies may be the only form of income for some families. If these small organizations do not succeed, it means that the financial crisis for families who depend on their success for their livelihoods. By working closely with these contractors, I can help them dream of their own business by increasing their sales, improve business development and strategic planning for the future of their company. It is very rewarding, because they rely on your know-how for their personal success. With this it is important to know your industry and know it well. I hope one day be able to reap the emotional benefits of consultation.

Consulting is a broad field with professionals who realize their dreams, or probably will help others to work for a multinational company nationally or internationally, or simply their own boss and offer their know-how. A quick Internet search shows that this is an area that is profitable on the rise. As we enter the new era of professionals (including me), we develop niche markets, the more Internet-based job creation and greater time window for the next generation of future entrepreneurs. In the near future I hope to realize my dreams to the hearing. I’m really born for this.
